247 FORMER TITLE - Indicators
 
 
First indicator - Title added entry
    0  No added entry.
        Value 0 indicates that no title added entry is made.

    1  Added entry.
        Value 1 indicates that a title added entry is made.

Second indicator - Note controller
    1    Display note.
    2    Do not display note.

The second indicator position contains a value that specifies whether or not a note is made from data in this tag. Whenever an intelligible note cannot be made from data in this tag, a textual note is recorded in tag 547.
