in an established heading (authority) record to trace a see
from reference from a personal name not used in an
established heading.
Make cross-references from different forms of the
name, such as fuller or shorter forms of the name, and from
different
entry elements to the form that has been chosen as the established
personal name heading.
If
the Library of Congress (LC) established personal name heading differs
from the
UNBIS established heading form in field 1XX,
record the LC form in field 4XX
and add the LC source code DLC
in subfield $5.
