The film "Glimpses into the Spirit of Gender Equality" has been created to mark the 25th Anniversary of the Beijing Platform for Action - highlighting progress made at the international level and at the grassroots over the past 25 years. Diverse communities from Zambia, India, Colombia, Malaysia and the USA are highlighted. This film has been created as a free tool, for anyone working on youth and gender equality to use in their own work. Screen it at home, for your advocacy, in your communities, at your workplace. The idea is that it stimulates conversation. The themes the film touches on are the role of education, men and boys, community and the role of religion in advancing gender equality.?
