KNOWLEDGE PLATFORM

The Sustainable Water and Energy Solutions Network is developing this Global Knowledge Platform with a view to collect information on activities, case studies and systems being implemented or planned using an integrated approach to water and energy challenges. The platform is a key part of the network?s website and will gather relevant data, facilitate information exchange worldwide and help to disseminate knowledge about the synergies that can be realized when integrated approaches are used to tackle water and energy services, including during world health crises.

Based on the findings of the Scoping Paper for the development of a global Knowledge Platform on Sustainable Water and Energy Solutions, the Platform is tentatively including the following main categories: international cooperation; policies and institutional arrangements; asymmetries and gaps; data and statistics; modeling and analytical tools; means of implementation; technological areas and innovative systems; and COVID-19 related issues.
