The conference will address new and emerging issues, and the urgent need to fully implement the Sustainable Development Goals, and support reform of the international financial architecture. FfD4 will assess the progress made in the implementation of the Monterrey Consensus, the Doha Declaration and the Addis Ababa Action agenda.

Stakeholder Participation in the Conference:
As guided by resolution , other relevant stakeholders, including Civil Society Organizations, Academia, Private sector and Non-Governmental Organizations NOT in consultative status with the Economic and Social Council or has been accredited to previous financing for development conferences wishing to participate in the Conference and whose work is relevant to the subject of the International Conference, MUST seek Ad-hoc Special Accreditation in order to attend.
