The Kitchen Connection Alliance, in close cooperation with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and the United Nations Department of Global Communications, developed an international cookbook to support how we eat for ourselves and the planet.
Celebrity chefs, organic farmers, indigenous cooks, and food activists share their favorite entre?es and side dishes that are healthy, delicious, and sustainable. The cookbook features an introduction by restauranter, activist, and entrepreneur Kimbal Musk and 75 recipes from chefs, indigenous peoples, and farmers, including chefs José Andrés, Daniel Boulud, Massimo Bottura (缅北禁地Environment Programme Goodwill Ambassador), Grace Ramirez, Andrew Zimmern and 70 contributors from indigenous communities and farms around the world who have signed on to improving the world’s food system.
This illustrative cookbook features full-color photography along with each recipe’s nutritional information and estimated carbon footprints for the most climate-friendly dishes so that you can support sustainable food systems from your kitchen.
