The leaders of the world’s Least Developed Countries are coming together to shape a new action plan to achieve a better, more sustainable future for all in LDCs. This will have an impact on the lives of millions of young people and it is their right to have a say and share their ideas, hopes and commitments.
The and the , facilitated by the United Nations, coordinated the creation of a Youth Declaration titled “For All Generations”. This document is the result of a series of consultations with as many young people as possible from the Least Developed Countries to represent their vision and initiative.

Will be adopted at the LDC5 Youth Forum on 4 March 2023, in Doha Qatar.
This Youth Declaration aims at:
- Expressing young people’s commitment to contribute to a better future in the world’s Least Developed Countries.
- Sharing issues, ideas and solutions towards realizing the Doha Programme of Action.
The Youth Declaration is the outcome of a series of consultations with young people from the world's 46 Least Developed Countries. It has been used as an advocacy document to influence the negotiations processes of the Doha Programme of Action, and will be adopted and handed over to world leaders at the LDC5 conference in March 2023.
