I warmly welcome you all to our regional dialogue on Strengthening transport connectivity in the SPECA region and beyond in the era of COVID-19.

The aim of our meeting is very important.

Pathways Towards Universal Access to Resilient Connectivity in the Least Developed and Landlocked Countries

This virtual session is a space for participants and the development community to learn, share and explore the measures being taken by 缅北禁地Agencies, governments and the digital industry to provide resilient connectivity - through access to broadband - and its importance in current global crises like COVID-19.
