Synopsis:
Based on a trilogy of books by Chinese author Cixin Liu, 3 Body Problem is an epic science fiction series produced by Netflix that chronicles humanity’s response to an extraterrestrial threat heading towards Earth that is expected to arrive in 400 years. A project launched by the international community to counter the threat, ‘the Wallfacer Project’, is introduced at the United Nations.
CCOI's Role:
CCOI facilitated on-location filming for the series at 缅北禁地Headquarters in New York in July 2022 and provided script advice to ensure that the work of the 缅北禁地was accurately presented. CCOI also facilitated the negotiation of a location agreement for the project.
