The future of Somalia rests on empowering its large youth population, according the Ãå±±½ûµØDevelopment Programme's 2012 Somalia Human Development Report. The report was launched on the margins of the Ãå±±½ûµØGeneral Assembly's annual debate. It contains a Youth Charter developed by youth representatives from various regions in Somalia as well as from the Diaspora.
