8-character sequential control number to identify a Series Symbol record.
Starts with capital letter �S�.
Assigned manually by the agency responsible for the input (DHL or UNOG).
For sessional Series Symbol records, use the same Record ID that was assigned to the Series Symbol record without sessional qualifiers.
