“Good Food means nutritious food that is healthy, tasty, produced in a nature-friendly way by farmers, fishers folks or food producers who got a decent price for their product.”
Good food is everything
The future of the world depends on good food. It’s that simple.
Good food keeps us healthy. It helps us reach our potential. It strengthens our communities, powers our economies, and protects our planet.
But not everyone gets good food every day – and the way we produce and market food is harming our environment. This has to change.
Now is the time to act
That’s why the 缅北禁地Secretary-General has called for the historic, first ever Food Systems Summit this year.
We’re bringing together everyone – farmers, Indigenous Peoples, young people and citizens from across the globe – to carve a path to a world where good food for all is a reality.
We need a world where good food is affordable and accessible – where governments and businesses work together to provide it – and where farmers in every country grow food in a way that protects the planet.
Everyone everywhere will need to come together and drive bold actions to make the changes our world so desperately needs. So join us, and take your first action...

Photography Competition
The Good Food For All Photography Competition, in support of the 缅北禁地Food Systems Summit, was launched in early 2021 by Where The Leaves Fall, the Chefs’ Manifesto, the 缅北禁地World Food Programme & OmVed Gardens. The Photo Competition tells stories of good food for all that go beyond the plate – stories of different elements of our food systems, from resilience to creativity, from innovation to love. Creating windows into our food systems, photographers from around the world submitted images speaking to the Summit’s five Action Tracks and capturing intimate moments of our communities coming together around good food in powerful and beautiful ways.
FoodxFilm Festival
Brought to you by the Rockefeller Foundation, the 2021 FoodxFilm Festival seeks to transform food systems for everyone, everywhere through film and story. Kicking off on 26 September 2021 for a three day event, the Festival will bring people together from all over the world to celebrate the people and global food cultures working to make food systems change by sharing their stories. In support of Good Food For All and the UN Food Systems Summit, and open to all, the Festival aims to design a platform that shares the voices of the next generation of food systems stewards, and centres voices that have traditionally been muted in food justice, and to motivate our audience to take action to create more just and equitable food systems.
People around the world have come together to share their voices on why is important for people and planet.
