Delegations also highlighted the importance to deliberate in the future on the following other peaceful means: good offices; procedures envisaged in the Charter and other international instruments; adaptation or combination of traditional means; exchange of information and communication; and Implementation and Compliance Committees.
Delegations expressed appreciation for the progress made by the Secretariat in the preparation of the Repertory of Practice of United Nations Organs and the Repertoire of the Practice of the Security Council and for its efforts to reduce the backlog.
