ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Ms. Stegling brings to the position of Deputy Executive Director of the Policy, Advocacy and Knowledge Branch vast experience in and knowledge of the HIV/AIDS pandemic, having served for several years as the Executive Director of Frontline AIDS and previously, as Executive Director of both the International Treatment Preparedness Coalition and the Botswana Network on Ethics, Law and HIV/AIDS (BONELA).Ìý Author of numerous publications, presentations and training materials on the HIV/AIDS pandemic, Ms. Stegling’s expertise lies in spearheading initiatives to promote the development of enabling policy, law and fiscal environments to support the end of AIDS, including access to prevention and treatment, sexual and reproductive health and rights, and support for marginalized people through community-based programs.Ìý A passionate leader and committed manager, Ms. Stegling holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London and serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the AIDS Rights Alliance in Southern Africa.Ìý She is fluent in English and German and has a basic knowledge of French.Ìý
