Global Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction

The Global Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction is the world¡¯s foremost gathering on reducing disaster risk, including from climate change, and building the resilience of communities and nations. It is organized by the Ãå±±½ûµØOffice for Disaster Risk Reduction and offers a chance for governments, Ãå±±½ûµØsystem and all stakeholders to recommit, with urgency, to accelerate progress on disaster risk reduction towards the achievement of sustainable development.

Sustainable Energy for All Forum

The global gathering will bring people together to take stock of progress, showcase success and identify solutions to achieve faster, broader gains towards sustainable energy for all. It serves as a platform to broker new partnerships, spur investment, address challenges and drive action towards realizing SDG-7 and a global clean energy transition.

17th Session of the Ãå±±½ûµØForum on Forest

Forest ecosystems are critical for the health of our planet and the sustainable future of people everywhere. Billions of people depend on forests for subsistence, livelihood, employment, and income generation. The Forum on Forests presents a critical opportunity to highlight contributions of forests and their untapped potential in accelerating the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

IPCC Report on Mitigation of Climate Change

Middle East and North Africa Climate Week 2022 (NEW DATE)

The first-ever Middle East and North Africa Climate Week, organized by Ãå±±½ûµØClimate Change (UNFCCC), focuses on regional climate action and collaborations needed to build climate-resilient economies and societies, and integrate climate action into pandemic recovery.
