The Financial Tracking Service (FTS) Team?proactively collects critical views on what partners need the service?to deliver. ?The team then turns the feedback into?innovative approaches and products,?tests and rolls out solutions, while adjusting them as needed through a continuous feedback loop.

A growing number of stakeholders are reporting to the service, a sign of confidence and trust.

Since the transformation began,?the amount of funding processed by FTS has hit a historical high- over $100 billion processed since 2022.

The voluntary nature of reporting into FTS?is giving way to an expectation that all humanitarian actors must engage in financial tracking. The newfound shared ownership is driven by rising demands on the service, the increasing complexity and scale of humanitarian requirements, and the growing call for transparency and accountability. ???
