In celebration of the upcoming holiday season, the Department of Operational Support is pleased to announce that a holiday menu will be offered at the Riverview Café and Café de La Paix on Wednesday, 18 December 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The special festive menu will include slow cooked lamb with mint jelly (Halal), Italian cioppino (fish stew), Brazilian vegetarian moqueca, baked macaroni and cheese, green bean and asparagus with toasted sunflower seeds and sun-dried tomatoes, cider braised collard greens with smoked turkey, candied sweet potatoes, cranberry and sunflower seed kale salad, split pea soup, matzo ball chicken soup, eggnog, and assorted mouth-watering desserts.
