H.E.?Ms. Rosa?Pola?Pricemou

Mrs. Rose Pola Pricemou was born in Fria, Guinea, of parents who were engineers and midwives respectively. She attended primary and secondary school, as well as part of her high school education in Fria, finally obtaining her baccalauréat in mathematical sciences from the Lycée Sainte Marie in Conakry. Winner of the baccalauréat, she was awarded a Guineo-Tunisian cooperation scholarship to continue her studies. 

She obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science Applied to Management from the University of November 7 in Carthage, Tunisia, then continued her studies in Canada, earning a Master's degree in Computer Research from the University of Montreal in 2008. In addition to her academic achievements, she obtained an MBA in Information Technology Management from Laval University in Quebec in 2010. 

After completing her studies, Rose Pola Pricemou worked for 10 years in various private and government structures, including the Industrial Alliance group in the United States. She then moved into the government sector, notably with the Canadian Ministry of Transport, Culture, Communication and Women's Affairs in Quebec. 

In 2021, she became Guinea's Minister of Information and Communication, then successively held the posts of Minister of Trade, Industry and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in 2022, Minister of Planning and International Cooperation in November 2022 and Minister of Posts, Telecommunications and the Digital Economy in 2024.
