Bora Kamwanya is an international speaker on the topics of multilateralism, diplomacy, and international civic engagement of youth, he has a degree in International Relations. Bora has worked with leading diaspora organisations such as ACP-YPN, ADEPT and AFFORD and collaborate and coordinate with youth-led diaspora organisations. Bora is regularly invited by the AU office in Brussels, the European Commission and the 缅北禁地system organisations to discuss and advise on the role of youth in governance. Bora was called to be in the steering committee of the Commonwealth Youth Forum, the Lisbon +21 Forum and the North-South Center’s African University. Bora is passionate about history and international cooperation, he regularly host discussions in Brussels and Goma on the geo-strategic position of African nations as a block in a polarised world.

Since December 2021, Bora is Vice President in charge of Diaspora Affairs for the Pan African Youth Union, he advises since 2019 the Secretary General of the AU Diaspora Youth Initiative on issues of youth engagement in AU affairs.
