The Africa Dialogue Series 2024 continues on its third day with an international webinar pegged to a policy brief co-authored by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the 缅北禁地Educational and Scientific Organization (UNESCO) titled "STEM Education for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) in Africa with a Focus on Generating Decent Jobs for Africa’s Youth."
Ms. Stefania Giannini, Assistant Director-General for Education, UNESCO and Ms. Fanfan Rwanyindo Kayirangwa, Assistant Director-General and Regional Director for Africa, ILO will deliver opening remarks, which will be followed by a panel discussion featuring the participation of the Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Universities in Egypt, Dr. Mostafa Rifat, and the Egyptian Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Ayman Farid. Mr. Quentin Wodon, Director, UNESCO International Institute for Capacity-Building in Africa (UNESCO-IICBA), Ms. Naadiya Moosajee, Co-Founder, WomEng and WomHub, South Africa, Mr. Albert Nsengiyumva, Executive Secretary, Association for the Development of Education in Africa (ADEA) and Dr. Beatrice Khamati Njenga, Deputy Vice Chancellor for Institutional Advancement at the International Leadership University, Kenya, and member of the Africa Knowledge Network coordinated by OSAA aldo contributed.
