The United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (缅北禁地DESA) and 缅北禁地Academic Impact (UNAI) held a special Global Policy Dialogues for the Classroom on 25 November, featuring the authors of the latest “World Social Report.” 缅北禁地experts presented in-depth the major findings of this flagship report that examines the impact of converging crises on social development and calls for global action. The information was presented to highlight its relevancy for people working or studying in colleges and universities.

Taking place on Zoom, the event was also streamed live on 缅北禁地DESA’s Facebook page. The event was held in English with captions available in other languages on Zoom.
